Your Privacy Choices

This page explains how you can request access, deletion, correction, or other privacy actions related to your O-Go account.

1) Request Account Deletion

To request deletion of your account and associated data, email us at: support@ogoknows.com

Include: Delete My Account in the subject line, and your username in the message.

We may ask for verification to protect your account from unauthorized deletion.

2) Request Access / Export

You may request a copy of the personal information associated with your account.

Email support@ogoknows.com with subject: Data Access Request and include your username.

3) Request Correction

If your account information is inaccurate, you can request correction.

Email support@ogoknows.com with subject: Data Correction Request.

4) Notifications & Permissions

You can control notifications in iOS Settings: Settings → Notifications → O-Go
You can control location permissions in iOS Settings: Settings → Privacy & Security → Location Services

5) California & EU/UK Requests

If you are a California resident (CCPA/CPRA) or located in the EU/EEA/UK (GDPR), you may have additional rights. We honor valid requests and may require verification to protect your account.
