Rules and conditions for using O-Go services.
By using O-Go services, applications, memberships, wearable devices, websites, digital tools, payment features, Black Card services, Echo Watch features, and ecosystem technologies, users agree to comply with these Terms of Service, platform standards, policies, billing terms, and applicable laws.
These Terms apply to all users, members, venues, staff, promoters, entertainers, businesses, partners, and anyone accessing or using O-Go products, services, content, systems, or connected experiences.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using O-Go, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use O-Go services, applications, devices, memberships, or related technologies.
2. O-Go Ecosystem
O-Go is a nightlife, social, wearable, real-time information, discovery, reservation, payment, membership, and ecosystem platform. Features may include venue discovery, check-ins, reservations, ratings, social tools, wearable experiences, Black Card services, tokens, points, app store tools, real-time metrics, and other connected services.
3. Account Responsibilities
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials, device access, membership access, and profile activity. You are responsible for all actions taken through your account unless unauthorized activity is reported and verified.
4. Accurate Information
Users agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account, making purchases, using memberships, submitting reservations, checking into venues, or accessing O-Go services.
5. User Conduct
Users may not abuse, harass, threaten, impersonate, defraud, exploit, spam, interfere with, manipulate, reverse engineer, scrape, attack, or misuse O-Go systems, services, users, venues, staff, businesses, devices, or connected technologies.
6. Venue, Staff, and Business Features
Some O-Go features may involve venues, staff members, performers, promoters, managers, or businesses. O-Go is not responsible for the independent actions, policies, pricing, availability, safety decisions, event changes, staff behavior, or business practices of third parties using the platform.
7. Reservations, Check-Ins, and Events
Reservations, RSVP features, check-ins, event listings, table bookings, VIP services, bottle service, food orders, drink orders, and related experiences may be subject to availability, venue approval, cancellation policies, age restrictions, capacity limits, and local laws.
8. Payments, Tokens, Points, and Purchases
O-Go may offer paid services, tokens, points, memberships, subscriptions, reservations, app purchases, wearable purchases, Black Card services, digital upgrades, and other transactions. Users agree to pay all applicable charges, taxes, fees, and costs shown at the time of purchase.
9. Billing and Refunds
All billing, refunds, cancellations, credits, tokens, points, memberships, subscriptions, reservations, and purchases are handled according to the payment terms shown at checkout or inside the related O-Go service. Some purchases may be final, non-transferable, or non-refundable unless required by law.
10. Black Card Membership
Black Card services may include premium features, benefits, status tools, payment features, priority access, exclusive experiences, or other membership-based services. O-Go may modify, limit, suspend, or revoke Black Card benefits if misuse, fraud, non-payment, policy violations, or eligibility issues occur.
11. Echo Watch and Wearable Devices
Echo Watch and wearable features may require compatible hardware, software, internet access, account access, updates, permissions, and supported services. Device features may change over time and may depend on availability, location, network connection, and technical limitations.
12. App Store and Digital Tools
O-Go may provide app store tools, watch apps, ecosystem modules, and downloadable digital features. Access may require account verification, eligible devices, membership status, purchase history, or other requirements.
13. User Content
Users may submit, upload, post, share, rate, review, message, or display content through O-Go. You are responsible for the content you submit and must not upload anything unlawful, abusive, misleading, infringing, explicit without permission, harmful, or otherwise prohibited by O-Go policies.
14. License to Use User Content
By submitting content to O-Go, you grant O-Go a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, process, reproduce, modify, and distribute that content as needed to operate, promote, protect, and improve the platform.
15. Ratings, Reviews, and Social Features
Ratings, reviews, comments, rankings, social posts, votes, and user-generated feedback must be honest, lawful, and respectful. O-Go may remove, hide, moderate, limit, or investigate content that appears abusive, fraudulent, manipulated, misleading, or harmful.
16. Location and Real-Time Features
Some O-Go services may use real-time information, location-based features, GPS, check-ins, venue data, city data, or wearable activity. These features are provided for convenience and experience enhancement and may not always be accurate, complete, available, or current.
17. Safety Disclaimer
O-Go does not guarantee personal safety, venue safety, event safety, crowd conditions, traffic conditions, staff availability, user behavior, or third-party conduct. Users are responsible for making safe decisions and following local laws, venue rules, and personal judgment.
18. Age Restrictions
Some O-Go features, venues, events, purchases, alcohol-related services, nightlife services, or membership experiences may require users to meet legal age requirements. Users must comply with all age restrictions and applicable laws.
19. Prohibited Uses
Users may not use O-Go to commit fraud, process unauthorized payments, stalk or harass others, promote illegal activity, bypass security, misuse venue systems, manipulate ratings, exploit tokens or points, distribute malware, or interfere with platform operations.
20. Intellectual Property
All O-Go names, logos, designs, software, source code, systems, icons, graphics, branding, device experiences, app layouts, platform features, wearable concepts, Black Card systems, and ecosystem technologies are owned by O-Go or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
21. Limited License
O-Go grants users a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to access and use O-Go services for personal or approved business purposes. This license does not allow copying, resale, reverse engineering, unauthorized commercial use, or misuse of O-Go systems.
22. Third-Party Services
O-Go may connect with payment processors, app stores, social platforms, map services, venues, delivery services, business partners, device services, or other third parties. O-Go is not responsible for third-party systems, outages, fees, policies, or actions.
23. Service Availability
O-Go may update, modify, pause, remove, suspend, replace, or discontinue features at any time. Services may be unavailable due to maintenance, outages, technical issues, security events, app store review, network problems, or other circumstances.
24. Suspension or Termination
O-Go may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to accounts, memberships, devices, services, features, or purchases if a user violates these Terms, engages in fraud, abuses the platform, threatens safety, fails to pay, or creates legal or security risk.
25. No Warranty
O-Go services are provided “as is” and “as available.” O-Go does not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, perfect accuracy, complete availability, specific outcomes, venue results, social results, financial results, or compatibility with every device or network.
26. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, O-Go is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, lost opportunities, missed events, venue disputes, user disputes, or service interruptions.
27. Indemnification
Users agree to defend, indemnify, and hold O-Go harmless from claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from misuse of the platform, violation of these Terms, violation of law, user content, disputes, or third-party claims connected to user activity.
28. Changes to These Terms
O-Go may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of O-Go services after updates means you accept the revised Terms. Users should review this page periodically for changes.
